Why we collect it
- To respond to repair, diagnostics, upgrade, and PC build enquiries.
- To prepare quotes, part options, and next-step recommendations.
- To coordinate scheduling, pickup, drop-off, or repair updates.
- To maintain service records and warranty references where relevant.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for active service communication, recordkeeping, warranty reference, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If data is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymized.
