DrLappyFix Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026. This page is an operational terms draft and should be refined before public launch if you want formal legal review.

Inspection and quoting

Initial discussions, symptom reviews, and basic triage do not guarantee a final diagnosis. Final repair scope, parts, cost, and time estimates may change after physical inspection and testing.

Customer approval

Paid repair or part replacement work should begin only after the customer has been informed of the expected scope and cost and has approved proceeding.

Parts and replacements

Part choice may depend on availability, condition, quality level, budget, and device compatibility. DrLappyFix should clearly communicate whether a part is original, OEM-style, refurbished, aftermarket, or customer-supplied where applicable.

Unpredictable faults

Some devices arrive with liquid damage, prior repair attempts, hidden motherboard faults, storage issues, or physical damage that can affect repair results. In such cases, full restoration may not always be possible.

Abandoned devices

If a repaired or inspected device is not collected within a reasonable period after notice, DrLappyFix should follow a documented reminder and storage policy before taking any further action.

Note: If you want, we can later make this more formal with pickup deadlines, partial-payment rules, and customer-supplied-part disclaimers.
